APPOINTMENTS
To make an appointment; please contact us directly by calling 212-447-8494. Upon scheduling your appointment, patients will be asked to use a credit card to guarantee the appointment. You will not be charged a fee for your appointment. A $50 fee will Only be applied to your credit card should you cancel within less then 24 hours or fail to show up for your appointment.
We also recommend that you schedule future appointments in advance to ensure your preferred time is available .
All booked appointments will be confirmed by our staff via a telephone call reminder a day or two before your appointment.

PAYMENTS & GRATUITY
The Spa accepts cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover as payment, (“ All payments must be done at the front desk at all times”). Please ask for your receipt at the front desk. All gratuities may be paid directly to the aesthetician/clinician in cash . We apologize for the inconvenience, but the Spa cannot add a gratuity to your credit card. We proudly recruit and train our staff to be the most qualified spa professionals in the industry. Our recommended standard gratuity for spa treatments is 18%-20%.
THERAPISTS
While we will make every effort to meet your requests, we cannot guarantee a specific therapist or gender. All therapists are trained in both treatment and draping protocols to ensure your comfort at all times.
LATE ARRIVAL
Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct amount of time to complete your service. A late arrival will deprive you of precious treatment time. In fairness to others, your treatment must end on time so the next patient’s session can begin on time. If you are not able to be on time we will do our best to complete as much of your treatment as possible. With some treatments, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment.
GIFT CERTIFICATE
Gift Certificates are not refundable and must be presented at the time service is rendered. They are to be treated
as cash and are therefore not redeemable if lost or stolen. Gifts Certificates are redeemable at the monetary value
of the service at the time of purchase. * Gift certificates are not valid or redeemable after the expiration date
indicated on the gift certificate.
GROUP RESERVATIONS
A credit card number is required for group reservations. There is a 48-hour cancellation policy for parties of 3 or more
clients. These reservations are subject to a 50 % service charge if they are not cancelled 48 hours prior to time of
service. There is no charge if the appointments are cancelled more than 72 hours before the scheduled service.
REFUND
No refund on product purchases or services offered. Exchange or credit for other services is only available within 30 days of receipt. No returns on gift certificates, spa packages or treatment series. Sorry, no exceptions. Gift certificates/packages are transferable, but not refundable.

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.
